ArmInfo.The Azerbaijani army in Tavush suffered a major failure, and in order to hide this factor, the leadership of Azerbaijan again intensified its anti-Armenian  rhetoric.  Tatevik Hayrapetyan, a political scientist, an expert on  Azerbaijan and lawmaker from the "My Step" faction, stated this  during a press conference.

ArmInfo.I do not think that the replacement of foreign ministers in Azerbaijan will affect the country's policy. Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh  Kocharyan said this in an interview with Armenian journalists in  Minsk, referring to personnel changes in Azerbaijan.
